Heh... Alot of mixed emotions stirring up within me. Heh, yes, its her birthday. I remembered. It was a Friday. Heh, what a day. Thankfully, a colleague of mine did not accompany me to the mosque that day. I was weeping after saying a few prayers for herself and her family. Then a
pak haji asked me
"Nak tak aper-aper ?" God, so cliche, like some malay drama. I replied him nicely and left while wiping my tears. I went back to the office with blurry vision. My irritating brain was still playing back this day 2 years ago... I'm sorry I couldn't keep that promise Iyah... i tried.. but I couldn't ... I'm sorry Iyah.. it's my fault...
Back at the office, I was asking myself, should I, or shouldn't I ? Well, the thing with myself is, I can never separate personal with business. I thought to myself, how could all those people do it ? But then again, after all that emo nonsense, my brain finally steps up and say.. Cmon stupid, wake up and see what happened to you when you put personal before work... Hah, don't have to tell me twice on what happened... Thankfully, people around me now understand... Heh, it's my job...
End of work came and went out with Ariff, Ben, Yanie, Masliana, Hariyana & Din. Yeap... All of them are from the same secondary school that I am from. Hahaha... Oh well... How small can this island be.. I would like to thank them for that thou.. because if not, I would be sobbing at home or trying frantically to call her... Heh, that's what friends are for...
Saturday came by and Mazeeks and myself decided to celebrate Mother's Day by bringing mum to Seoul Garden to eat and spend some quality time together... Heh it was fun... seeing mum cooking haha, and Mazeeks eating her ass out... Was actually her idea.. but decided to chip in hehe.. Pampered mum later on with some exquisite biscuits bought from Cookie Museum the day before... Now I know why it is S$ 35 per can... Damn they taste good... Best consumed with plain tea, told my Mum...
Happy Belated Birthday Iyah... I am still hoping and praying that I could share some of my good times with you... Insya-Allah...
