Nothing cannot describe what happened to me on my 3rd year anniversary with the company.
My manager asked me to leave. And gave two other crap options. 1-be deployed to other projects, but difficult. 2-return to where things were before. yeap, letting fuckers screw me again. Nope.
Amazing. Citing me as reasons for my former team's unhappiness and downfall. Enactments of me pounding his face on the ground is playing in my head. Nope. Rapists and thieves deserve that. He simply wasn't worth it. No wonder his CO team is still problematic.
Played abit of Pro Evolution Soccer 2009. Going to see much more of that soon. Told my immediate supervisor about it. Felt guilty about letting her, GDOMs, B2b team, Fusion and Siebel team down. Told me to pick up and move on. Very nice person. I'm clearly working for the wrong company.
I tendered earlier. De-javu. I need to tender again. Latest end of this week. Prepared the letter at work already. Hah... Wasted 3 years of my time here. Yeap. Here we go again. Same ol' shit again.
Ariff offered his help again. I feel as if I'm letting him down the most. I've given my best, and more. It wasn't good enough for some people. No longer wanting to be worked up over nonsense. Dismissed them with a laugh. Some people are just amazing.
Most of you folks know the story. A story of a friend being used by another "friend", who, in turn, puts his personal interests in before his team, and not saying anything to a manager who comes up with radical ideas and just simply dismissing 2 years of his friend's help to him and his team. Amazing. They should make a Hong Kong drama out of this. I want Wong Hei to portray me ! LOL.
I don't want to be in here anymore. Let me leave. Please. I do not want to work with bosses who doesn't know what you are doing but still passing judgement about me. I also do not want to work for people who betray my trust given through friendship.
On a lighter note, here are the ten significant things that I learn, and would like to share :-
1) Always CC your boss for whatever thing that you do. They are blind and deaf and can only see emails.
2) There are no such thing as friends between 9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays.
3) Always make use of other people cause they are there to make use of you too.
4) No point being nice to people.
5) Do not depend on your immediate supervisor to tell your bosses what you have done. Tell your bosses yourselves.
6) Where necessary, keep your bosses' bosses in the loop for all kinds of communication. From virus cleaning to coming up with process list.
7) Get hitched / have a relationship with someone who is somebody (team leads, ops leads etc. the higher the better) in an organisation. Invincibility / untouchable perk will be obtained this way, needed to gain "additional" job perks eg. watching dramas during office hours, not involved in re-shuffling and re-organisation of team etc.
8) You don't need a good command of English or supervisory skills to advance. Suck up, wear micro skirts (where applicable), nod your head at the right time, watch anime, and stab others to advance.
9) Send constant reminders to your bosses on what you have done for the organisation. See point 1 for this.
10) DISC profiling is dangerous. Do not drive, operate machinery or make vital decisions once consumed. Seriously.
